Has anyone been having issues like this on Big Sur? I’ve scoured the internet and can’t seem to find anyone else with this issue. Threshold bars move but the thresholding tool does indeed show 255-255, no matter how I adjust it. Finally and most frustratingly, when I try to threshold an 8-bit image and then analyze particles, it tells me that my thresholding can’t be correct because it’s at 255-255, even though I used auto threshold.

Additionally, when I attempt to update plugins through help -> update, FIJI freezes and shows that about 4-5 plugins do not have the correct dependencies and need to be updated (can’t do this because the app becomes frozen). Everything used to work completely fine on Catalina and prior, but since updating, the 3D viewer plugin freezes the FIJI app when I attempt to view an image in 3D.

Instead, ZEISS supports open software projects and communities with developer-level access, documentation and SDKs for selected microscopy products.
Please understand that ZEISS Microscopy cannot provide any kind of user-level assistance for these applications.
CZI image and meta-data import is supported through the Bio-Formats plug-in of the Open Microscopy Environment.

If you wish to view and process data that has been created in this format on non-Windows plattforms we recommend to visit the project homepages of ImageJ and the ImageJ-based Fiji software package. Images created with ZEN software and ZEISS microscopy systems are saved in the fully documented file format CZI. To support you on other operating systems such as Mac OS X or Linux, ZEISS offers documentation for interoperability and in addition established cooperations with partner projects and companies. ZEN software and microscopy imaging workstations by ZEISS are designed to run on 64bit Microsoft Windows platforms.
